We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Management team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid, short term role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate production and processing of complex reports and information that support business improvement and strategic projects. Working under the supervision of senior colleagues, you will help maintain data integrity and support enterprise-wide information needs.
We will count on you to:
- Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of complex reports, documents and information to support business improvement and strategy projects
- Support, prioritise and manage workload within your portfolio to meet deadlines and assist the team in achieving business objectives
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for data repository fixes and conduct updates prior to deployment
- Assure the highest quality and integrity of data to support accurate, consistent and timely information availability across the enterprise
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards
- Ask for help as needed and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills to resolve outstanding issues
What you need to have:
- Experience in data management or administration with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing and data repository processes
- Commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity
