About the role
Are you passionate about data accuracy and love the idea of making a real difference in healthcare outcomes? As a Data Management Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of client registration data within the Patient Laboratory Information System (EPLIS). You'll work collaboratively with the Data Management Supervisor and the Registry Integrity Unit, drawing on your keen eye for detail to perform critical tasks like data matching, auditing, and verification. This role goes beyond the numbers—your work will help support the accurate delivery of pathology services across South Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoys problem-solving. You'll provide expert advice and support to users across SA Pathology, help maintain the legitimacy of the EPLIS doctor database, and correct encounter entries that facilitate billing—all while working with minimal supervision. If you’re ready to use your data management skills in a meaningful way and want to be part of a team that values precision, integrity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
